What we collect

We collect the information needed to move a shipment: sender and recipient names, addresses, package details and the scans recorded along the way. If you create an account, we also store your email address and display name.

What public tracking shows

Anyone with a tracking number can see its status, cities, dates and scan history. Names, street addresses, weights and dimensions are never shown on public tracking pages.

How we use it

• To deliver your shipment and show its progress
• To reply to support requests
• To send shipment notifications you've asked for
• To protect our service from abuse (for example, limiting repeated tracking lookups)

Your choices

You can update your account details or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting support.
